Three assets.
One district.

A single integrated copper platform.
The Yerington Copper District sits in Lyon County, Nevada, with established road access, power infrastructure, and secured water rights across the platform. The district has a documented mining history spanning more than 60 years, with over 1.7B lbs of historical copper production. Anthem controls over 9,450 hectares across three complementary assets.
Asset 01

Anthem
Open-Pit Flagship

Anthem Open-Pit is the cornerstone of the platform and one of the largest open-pit copper developments, with major permits in hand, in the United States. Located on private land in the Yerington district with established road, power, and site infrastructure already in place.
Open-pit copper mine
  • 454-544 Mt Total Resource
  • Higher grade component of ~90Mt at 0.88% CuEq
  • Inventory mix supports phased development and scalable throughput as mine is finalized
  • 22 year mine life
  • Conventional open-pit mining with standard flotation flowsheet
  • Strong precious metal by-product credits strengthen revenue
  • Key permits in hand with no expected federal nexus
  • Water rights secured for Phase 1
  • Currently being advanced to a Feasibility Study
Asset 02

Anthem I
Underground Bridge
to Production

Anthem I is the near-term production engine of the platform, an underground copper mine with installed mine and processing infrastructure already in place, providing near-term operating cash flow while Anthem Open-Pit advances through feasibility and toward construction.
Worker operating drilling equipment in an underground mine
  • Approximately 25 ktpa CuEq run-rate production
  • Approximately 19 year mine life
  • Power secured
  • Water rights secured
  • Key permits in hand
  • Positioned to restart and deliver early cash flow to the platform
Asset 03

Anthem Porphyry
District-Scale
Discovery Engine

Anthem Porphyry is a drill-ready exploration target directly adjacent to the existing Anthem I infrastructure, representing the long-term district-scale growth opportunity for the platform.
Processing infrastructure in the Yerington district
  • Supported by an alteration footprint, geophysics, and geochemistry
  • Multiple drill-ready porphyry and skarn targets identified
  • Directly adjacent to existing Anthem I mine and processing infrastructure
  • District-scale exploration upside with target near existing infrastructure
